Edward Little High School is facing loss of accreditation as a public education institution.
“Built in 1961, Edward Little High School is an outdated facility that
no longer meets the needs of today’s students.” — NEASC
The New England
Association of
Schools and Colleges
(NEASC) has placed
Edward Little on
“probationary status”
for the following
reasons: |
• Inefficient heating system
• Inadequate kitchen facility
• Outdated science laboratories
• Inadequate library
• Lack of adequate space for the
music and drama programs
• Lack of on-site playing fields for
several athletic programs
• Numerous ADA accessibility issues |
